Education Room
The museum's Education Room is multi-functional! It's used for handling and study sessions with schools, colleges and visiting adult groups. All art and craft workshops and activities take place in this room as well as the museum's big events such as Just For Kids and Archaeology Day.
Meetings, lectures and seminars are held in the Education Room. It is available for hire by businesses and organisations, during the museum's opening hours, at very reasonable fees (plus VAT):
£50 - half day
£80 - day
Hirers will be charged an extra 10% if they haven't got Public Liability Insurance.
