Annual Report 2006/07

Worthing Borough Council is constantly striving to improve its services to the local community and, as part of its commitment, it welcomes constructive criticism from its customers to help it to achieve this.

This annual report sets out the number of complaints received by the Council from 1 April 2006 - 31 March 2007.

It also tells you how to make a complaint about any Council service area and explains how we will deal with it.
