Summer Fun 2008

The fun starts at 8.30 am on Thursday 24 July - Wednesday 3 September where we will be holding a fun programme for children aged between 5 and 11 years. The Summer Fun brochure in pdf format is available to download.  A booking form is is available in pdf format.  Please note, bookings must be made in person.

Important Booking Information

• The programme is predominantly sport based and involves structured physical activity.  However, there are a number of art/craft based activities for those who prefer a slightly different style of session.
• The early starter session runs from 8.30am to 9.30am.  If you wish to bring your child to the centre before 9.25am you must book this session.
• All children must be signed in/out on arrival/departure from the centre.
• We do provide a mid morning and afternoon drink, but please remember to provide a packed lunch if your child is staying all day.  Crisps, sweets and fruit are usually available to break times, but sandwiches etc. are not.
• Please do not send children with valuables - we cannot take any responsibility for their loss or damage.
• Children attending craft or painting sessions should wear old clothes or bring an apron.  All paints are water based, but may still stain clothing.  We can except no responsibility for any item affected in this manner.
• Please ensure children bring a towel, water pistols/squeezy bottles and a change of clothes for the wacky water fights.
• Usual sports clothese are fine - but no jeans please.  Socks are essential for Trampoline sessions.  Sunscreen and hats are strongly recommended for outdoor sessions such as tennis.
• Superskate sessions - we have a small selection of skates, but please bring your own if you have them.
• We will walk to the Aquarena for our swimming sessions.  Children must be collected from the pool at 4.30pm.  Please complete the additional permission slip at Reception.
• Although every effort is made to ensure all the activities take place, the management reserves the right to cancel at any time and where possible, offer a suitable alternative.

Please Note: Refunds will only be possible if we are able to re-sell the place.

This holiday programme is officially registered with Ofsted.
