Communications Survey 2010

In November 2009 both Adur and Worthing councils conducted a survey to establish how their residents felt about the way they were communicated with. The survey was sent out to their citizens panels; Adur Viewpoint and Worthing Talkback. The survey was also opened out to the wider population.

The survey contained questions on:

  • General communications
  • The council’s magazine
  • The website
  • Customer services
  • Your local councillors and council meetings

Here are the results from both surveys and information about what the council officers are doing and planning to do with the results.
