LA 2003 - Review

The Review Process.

The Licensing Act 2003 allows for the local licensing authority to undertake a review of a premises licence or club premises certificate when formally requested to do so. Application can be made by a responsible authority, such as Sussex Police, or the Environmental Health Pollution Team, or an interested party, such as a resident living in the vicinity of the premises, if problems are occurring at a premise that are undermining the Licensing Objectives.
