Local Elections 1 May 2008

Local Elections will be held on 1 May in all of the 13 wards within the Worthing Borough.

Candidates (Statement of Nominations)

The Statement of Nominations is now available.

The Notice of Appointment of Election Agents is also available on-line.

Voter Registration

Only those persons on the electoral register will be able to vote.

If you have recently moved house and not completed a voter registration form you have until 16 April to apply and return the form. Find out how to register to vote and apply on-line.

Postal Votes

Anyone wishing to apply for a postal vote must complete and return a form by Wednesday 16 April to be effective for this election. Find out how to register for postal vote and apply on-line.

Please apply for a form as soon as possible from Electoral Services.  All existing postal voters will also receive a poll card informing them that they have a postal vote.

Poll Card Delivery

Poll cards will be delivered by hand from 19 March for information regarding your polling station and postal voting.
