REGISTRATION AND HOME TIMES

ARE THEY FIT?
If your child is likely to suffer from the effects of any illness or injury while in our care, or if he/she requires any medication, please notify us when booking.  There is a separate form for this purpose available at reception.  Please also inform the instructor on the day.  This will enable us to look for signs and symptoms and subsequently contact you to collect your child if necessary.

WHAT YOUR CHILD SHOULD WEAR
Usual sports clothes are fine, but no jeans please. If your child is booked for an outdoor activity don’t forget some top layers to keep them warm and dry. A hat and sunscreen are important too.  Socks are essential, especially for trampolining. Children attending Crafty Capers should wear old clothes or bring an apron.

VALUABLES
Please ask your child to leave valuables at home, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.  Please do not let your child bring too much spending money - 50p is plenty to give your child a treat.

AGES

The age ranges specified comply with OFSTED regulations and have been carefully planned to enable children to be supervised effectively for maximum enjoyment.

All information is correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to changes.  Please check with Reception for updates (03/10/07).
