Junior Fitness Challenge

For everyone between the ages of 4 and 14 years.

If you sometimes get bored during the holidays then take part in our great Fitness Challenge this summer.

For the third year running Worthing Leisure Centre and Worthing Aquarena will be running the Challenge - the aim of which is to complete as many different physical activities as possible from Sunday 13 July to Sunday 7 September. It doesn't matter what activity you do - for example, swimming, skating, cycling, skate boarding or dog walking - you choose! Just stay active and let us know about it!

Collect:

Your Personal fitness diary and wall chart when you register.
A free reward every time you complete 10 activities.
A Fitness Challenge certificate and reward when you complete 30 activities.
