Bookings for activities are taken at reception and can be booked 7 days in advance with Membership and 3 days in advance without Membership.
Block bookings are available by filling in a block booking form. All block booking forms are booked at the discretion of the Administrative Manager.
Credit and debit payments are accepted.
Payment over the telephone is also accepted.

Disabled customers are able to use and enjoy access to all parts of the centre with exception for wheelchair access to the viewing balcony for the squash courts and upper levels of Amazon Adventure. There are toilets and car parking facilities available.
