Commercial Property Register

Article's Rating

Worthing Borough Council, with the co-operation of local Estate Agents, has compiled a Register of available commercial properties in the Worthing area.

Contained within the Register is a list of known commercial properties that are currently available in the Borough. The Register has been divided into three main categories - Industrial, Office and Retail and gives details of address, property type, floorspace, tenure and handling agent. Further information about specific premises can be obtained from the agent on request.

The Council is grateful to all the Estate Agents who have assisted in the development of this property register and their addresses and contact details can be found at the end of the register. This document will be updated on a regular basis and their continued support is greatly appreciated.

Please note that every effort is made to ensure that the details printed within the Register are correct at the time of compilation, however, the Council cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies.

West Sussex Economic Partnership Online Commercial Property Search

West Sussex Economic Partnership (WSEP) operates a free service to companies wishing to set up in West Sussex (inward investment) or an indigenous company to relocate (retention). Finding the right location and premises is a sensitive matter and for this reason WSEP offers to research the market and to report to the client on a confidential basis

Building on a close working relationship with commercial property agents the individual requirements of each client are carefully assessed. Details of suitable properties are made available to the client - together with an offer of a conducted tour of any properties of interest. This can include meetings with public sectors officers to discuss particular issues at any location. If a client wishes to proceed with any property the client is then introduced to the agent to conduct negotiations on terms of sale or lease.

WSEP is working with Commercial Property Database to provide an online, one-stop shop for available premises. There is a short registration form before requested property details are sent to you directly via email. This information will only be used internally and not sent to any third parties unless instructed otherwise.
