Northbrook College is one of the largest training organisations on the south coast and has achieved 'Centre of Vocational Excellence' status for the business and finance sector, as well as aeronautical, hospitality and engineering. The College's mission is 'to develop the capabilities of individuals, employers and other organisations by providing high quality opportunities for learning which is relevant to their needs.'

The College has extensive facilities and provides vocational training, foundation to degree level programmes and customised flexible workplace training for local businesses.

The Government has clearly indicated during its recent skills strategy review that employers will play a major role in developing and supporting the up-skilling of the nation’s workforce.' With this in mind Northbrook College has recently re-launched its business proposition under the banner of business solutions @ northbrook, which provides a responsive and unique training and development portfolio of business support and initiatives. Northbrook has enjoyed a good working relationship with employers for many years and is continually aiming to enhance and develop its professional relationship with local business.

Sixth Form - provides high quality general education to 16 - 18 year olds. The college offers one of the widest choice of courses in the region at A level, Vocational A level, GNVQ and GCSE along with a range of additional opportunities in music, drama, travel and sport.
