Article's Rating

The Environmental Health Department at Worthing Borough Council is responsible for the administration and enforcement of many aspects of licensing in Worthing.

Please use the section links on the left to access information on the many different types of licence that the council deals with. The majority of licensing including those issued under Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005, and Taxi licensing are dealt with by the Licensing Unit but because some licensing requires highly technical advice some requests are handled by other specialists within the council, concequently there are some different contact details for these types of licence. To get the right contact details, first choose the type of licence you require.
