Fair Treatment Policy

Worthing Borough Council strives to ensure that all applicants and licence holders are treated fairly. To help us check that this policy is working and to give us the information we need to help you with your application, we would like you to answer the questions below.  This questionnaire is completely optional and any information disclosed will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
