Licensing Applications, Hearings and Consultation

Worthing Borough Council is the licensing authority responsible for the administration and enforcement of many types of licensing legislation. The terms of application for some forms of licensing require public consultation and, where relevant representation is received, a hearing.

Applications and policies are advertised in the 'Public Notice & Legal Section' of the local press and/or the Town Hall notice board, on the relevant premises and of course on this website.

In this section is a list of the applications, categorised by type, that are outstanding and other licensing policy documents that the council is currently consulting on or awaiting hearings. Please select from the menu to the left which category of licensing you are enquiring about.

All the applications and policy documents can be viewed in full at the Licensing Unit. All licensing hearings are held, in public, at the Town Hall unless otherwise noted.
