Casual Staff – Leisure Centres

We occasionally require staff to work on a ‘casual’ basis at the Worthing Leisure Centre, Aquarena, Davison Leisure Centre and Field Place.

The salary levels vary according to the work undertaken for various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and you can fit this work around the rest of your life. Ideally candidates will have experience of working in similar customer-focused environments or possess specific qualifications, or example in sports coaching or fitness instruction.

These are examples of the types of casual positions that may be available:

• Bar and Cafeteria staff
• General Leisure Assistants and Cleaners
• Amazon / children's play / holiday playsheme assistants
• Sports and Activity Coaches
• Aerobic and exercise to music instructors (including Pilates and Yoga)
• Fitness Instructors
• Membership Advisors
• Receptionists
• Skateguards (Davison Leisure Centre)
• Pool Lifeguards (Aquarena)

We can also be able to accommodate longer-term work experience placements and Modern Apprentice students.
