Beach Hut and Chalets in Worthing : Information

There are currently 109 Council owned beach huts and 34 chalets available for hire. The beach huts are located between Heene Road and Marine Gardens to the west of the Pier and the beach chalets are located in a row at Beach Parade, 1/4 mile east of the Pier to the seaward end of Denton Gardens and Beach House Grounds.

The beach huts are constructed either of wood or UPVC and measure 8 feet by 6 feet by 7 feet high.

The beach chalets are constructed of brick and measure 12 feet by 12 feet and 7 feet high. The frontage of each chalet is constructed in a manner to offer good views of the beach. All chalets come with a stainless steel sink and drainer, cupboards and cold water supply. Worthing Borough Council carries out all necessary maintenance to the Council owned beach huts and chalets.
