Worthing is a great place to watch or play bowls.

Beach House Park in Worthing has been hosting the English Bowling Association National Championships for over 25 years and hosted the World Bowls in 1972 and 1992. This long and prestigious connection with Bowls is a clear testament to the quality of the bowling facilities and the relaxing and pleasant surroundings the town has to offer players and spectators.
There are 4 sites in Worthing operated by the Council which have Bowling Greens.
Each site accommodates resident clubs who are always interested in attracting new members.
Open days for anyone wishing to learn to play bowls are also run. Just turn up and have fun learning from the professionals this exciting sport. Details of future open days will be posted on this site or contact the clubs themselves.
