Area 11265.25 sq m (2.78 acres)

This beach side open space surrounding the Regency building of Beach House is situated in Brighton Road and was purchased by the Council in December 1927 and laid out in 1937-1938.

The site is now used for informal leisure pursuits and charity events and fetes.   Beach House Grounds also has two sandcourts

Sand Courts at Beach House Grounds  

Regular sessions of Beach Volleyball, Footvolley and Beach Tennis will be held if people want to have coached sessions.

Price

The sand courts can be booked on a session basis (£15 per court per hour to include set up and set down time or £25 for both courts)
