Area : 122406.51sq m  (30.24 acres)

This site located off of the seafront on the border with the neighbouring town of Lancing was once a Council waste tip until reclaimed in the late 1950’s is now a large (45 acres) open space offering a range of sports and leisure facilities around an 8 acre boating lake. 

Brooklands also has a miniature railway, childrens playground, café, nine hole Par 3 golf course, pitch n putt, putting green, go-kart track, pony rides, paddling pool (open during the summer) together with some landscaped areas that provide year round interest for all ages.   Activities for Halloween and Christmas are also organised.
