Many of the Parks and Open Spaces in Worthing that the Borough owns and maintains provide outdoor sporting facilities .

Basketball / Activity Walls – Tarring Recreation Ground
Pond Lane Recreation Ground – multi activity play walls
Bourne Close (Durrington)– multi sport court
Palatine Park, Tarring Recreation Ground, Pond Lane Recreation Ground, West Park, Lyons Farm, The Gallops, Dominion Road, Homefield Park all have Basketball goals.

Bowls – Beach House Park (5), Field Place (4), Marine Gardens (1), Church House (1)

Chess – Beach House Park – 2 outdoor boards for chess & draughts

Children’s Playgrounds – 26 playgrounds around the Borough with two at Brooklands Park run by a concession.

Cricket – Rotary (1), Hillbarn (2), Broadwater Green (1), Goring (1), Fernhurst (1), Manor Sports Ground (2)

Football – Highdown (2), Northbrook (2), Palatine Park (4), Pond Lane (1 senior, 1 junior), Durrington (2), Hillbarn (4), Rotary (2 senior, 1 junior), Goring (1), Fernhurst (2), Victoria Park (2 Junior), Homefield Park (1 junior), Manor (2 Junior), Goring Hall (4 Junior), Broadwater Green (1 junior)

Hockey – Manor Sports Ground(5)

Sand Volleyball - Beach House Grounds

Skateboarding – Homefield Park
