Alternatively, for Highway Enquiries, you can use West Sussex County Council Local Land Charges electronic form for £15. To use this facility you will need to ring and set up an account with West Sussex County Council Local Land Charges Section on 01243 777190.

** As from 1 March 2011, all Additional Enquiries for Worthing or Adur searches should be sent direct to the relevant department. These will no longer be accepted as part of the search process.

If you are unsure of how parcels of land are calculated, please do not hesitate to contact the Local Land Charges Section.

Please make cheques payable to:

  • Worthing Borough Council if the search relates to Worthing, or
  • Adur District Council if the search relates to Adur

Client cheques will be accepted, however, these need to be indemnified by the submitter of the search request.
