Access Arrangements

Planning and Building Control Questions

Statutory Public Registers containing Planning information can be viewed through the use of the Information Computer Kiosk at Portland House, Richmond Road, Worthing.

Other Planning and Building Control information which forms part of the Land Charge Search CON29 Enquiry Form can be obtained direct from the Planning and Building Control Services Sections.   The information must be requested in writing or by using a Planning and Building Control Property Search Enquiry Form, which can be downloaded (see below) or obtained from the Planning and Building Control reception, by telephoning 01903 221367/221416 or emailing planning@worthing.gov.uk (the cost of responding to all chargeable CON 29 enquiries will be £18.72 plus any appropriate photocopying charges).

The cost of answering individual questions is set out in the Property Search Form:

Environmental Health questions

Please contact the Environmental Health Section on 01273 263255 regarding viewing Statutory and Public Registers.

Other Environmental health information which forms part of the Land Charge Search Con 29 Enquiry Form can be obtained from the Environmental Health Services.  The information must be requested in writing or by using an Environmental Health Property Search Enquiry Form, which can be obtained from Environmental Health by telephoning Marilyn Weir on 01273 263251 or 01273 263144, by emailing marilyn.weir@adur-worthing.gov.uk or by downloading it below. 

The cost of responding to all Environmental Health Con 29 enquiries will be £3.24 (inclusive of photocopying charges)
