Access For All

Our Office at Portland House, Richmond Road is accessible for people with disabilities.  There is an automatic door and a low reception counter for wheelchair users.

There is a hearing loop system in place at our Reception Desk.

Our forms can be made available in large print.

We offer an Interpreter Service to assist filling out forms and general communication with our staff.

A minicom is available for customers with hearing impairment (Tel: 01903 204500).

We will send copies of planning applications to disabled people who are unable to inspect plans at our office.

If you need help to understand a Planning application or to write a letter objecting or in support of an application please inform our reception staff who will do their best to assist you.
