The Council is committed to continuously improving all the services that we provide and have developed a Complaints procedure, which we hope you will find easy to understand and use.

Our complaints procedure has been prepared to deal with complaints you may have about the way we do or have done things. It is not designed to deal with complaints about alleged breaches of planning or building regulation control by third parties. We have a separate Planning Enforcement system for dealing with complaints about such matters.
