Notes Planning Enquiries

The Duty Planning Officer is available between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Fridays. If you call outside of these hours your details and query will taken for the Duty Planning Officer to call you back when they are available. If you cannot make these times or need to have detailed discussions with a Planning Officer about a proposal, it is easy to make an appointment when contacting us.

Please provide us with as much information as possible for clearer and detailed advice.

Building Control Enquiries

Building Control Officers are available in the office until 10.00am every day. (If you wish to discuss your scheme with a specific Building Control Officer and wish to call after 10.00am, please make a prior arrangement.)
