Customer Care Mission Statement
Worthing Borough Council is fully committed to improving the level of service that it provides for all its customers. It is committed to good customer care and recognises that every member of staff has an important role to play in responding positively to the needs and expectations of its customers.
Our Planning Section is also committed to this and all our staff will:-
- Try hard to meet the targets we have set ourselves
- Treat all customers with respect and understanding
- Be polite and efficient when helping all customers
- Provide a name and contact details when asked or when needed
- Ensure that we do what we tell our customers we will do
- Properly investigate all complaints we receive
