Planning applications which are regarded as more complex or controversial are determined by the Planning Committee, which meets every three weeks, usually on a Tuesday at 2.00pm in Committee Room 2 at the Town Hall.
To assist the Committee with the decision making-process, our Planning Officers prepare reports on the applications to be determined. These reports are concerned with the planning issues and also include the Executive Head of Planning, Regeneration and Wellbeings' recommendations on the decisions that the Committee should consider.
The links listed at the bottom of this page, take you to the planning officers' reports for recent meetings.
Note: The above dates are subject to change.
