Evidence Base

As part of the Local Development Framework process, local planning authorities are required to have a 'sound' evidence base to ensure that policies and strategies are underpinned by up-to-date information. Collectively these documents and studies are known as the 'evidence base' and they help to build a picture of the key aspects of the social, economic and environmental characteristics of the Borough.

Links to all relevant documents and background studies are available on the left hand side of this page (listed in alphabetical order). Hard copies of documents can be made available to view upon request.
