Parking Standards and Transport Contributions 2005

The Parking Standards document that have recently been adopted by the Borough Council is available below.

They include parking standards for both residential and commercial developments. The document also contains some basic information on Total Access Demand, the system the Council now uses to acquire developer contributions for transport improvements.
