Description

Proposal: -  Demolition of part of existing single storey timber Nissan-type hut college building and construction of a 3 storey building for hair, beauty and teaching, a new College entrance and reception area with associated external hard and soft landscaping works including signage. A new build single storey sustainable classroom also forms part of the application. Provision of new electricity sub-station enclosure and mains electric distribution enclosure adjacent to Broadwater Road.
