An updated Planning Statement with Appendices has been received (on 25th November 2009) covering the following matters: -

1. Technical compendium dealing with safety, street lighting and pedestrian accessibility in so far as Titnore Lane is affected
2. Technical note providing commentary on overall traffic and movement including the Tesco District Centre development
3. Technical note of bus services now and in the future and contribution levels
4. A chart of the previous and current off-site highway works based on need stemming from the latest survey and analysis
5. A report entitled "2009 Update ecological Surveys and Assessment" with recent bat survey information
6. A revised ecological drawing 1192/267b showing the location of reptile refugia deployed during surveys of the site
7. A Heads of Terms summary chart for land / works / finance related to a forthcoming Section 106 Planning Obligations Agreement

The Committee meeting to consider this application which was scheduled to take place on the 28th January 2010 has now been cancelled.  The meeting has been rearranged for the 15th March 2010 commencing at 2.00 pm at the same venue, The Assembly Hall, Stoke Abbot Road.
