Proposal: Applications for planning permission and Listed Building consent for the redevelopment of the site including alterations and refurbishment of the Listed Building to facilitate the conversion of the premises into 2 flats; demolition of  later single storey additions and fire escapes. Construction of a single storey glazed link extension to provide access to the proposed redevelopment of the remainder of the site to form a total of  74 "assisted living" apartments for the frail elderly, including staff accomodation, communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping.
