A Whistle-stop Tour of Putting on Events in Adur & Worthing

Over this past year the regeneration team, as well as other colleagues from Adur and Worthing Councils, has seen a real rise in the number of enquiries about putting on events in public spaces across our towns. We are keen to assist people wherever possible and in November 2010 we hosted a “Putting on Events” evening to which all of our contacts (existing and new) who put on events, or are thinking of putting on events, were invited. The event was well attended and offered people the chance to network and learn from each other and perhaps link up their events where possible.

During the evening officers from within the councils each gave a very informal whistle-stop tour of each of their services. A copy of their presentations can be found below, together with any other relevant details.
