Our Service Standards are clearly set out in Codes of Practice (CoP) leaflets, all of which are listed in the menu bar on the left.
Our targets and achievements are generally high. For example we aim to process 90% of planning applications within eight weeks, compared to the Government’s target of 80%. In fact, we actually processed over 99% of applications within this time scale last year.
