Residents who are infirm may apply for an exemption to the front of property ruling. Exemptions are only granted if there is no able-bodied person living at the property. This is also known as Assisted Collection.

If you feel that you need an exemption please fill in our on-line assisted collection form or contact us so that a visit to the property can be arranged and a suitable location for collection can be agreed.
