Article's Rating

In order to provide landlords and letting agents with properties in the Worthing area with information about the new scheme that was introduced from 7 April 2008, two forums were arranged in conjunction with the National Landlord's Association.

Both meetings took place on Wednesday 12 March 2008 at the Chatsworth Hotel, Steyne Gardens, Worthing, and documents from the meetings are shown below.

Authority to disclose information form

The form below was requested as a stand-alone document (it is already incorporated as part of the Council's benefit claim form) to enable landlords to obtain their tenant's written permission for the Benefit Section to disclose information about a benefit claim.

Documentary evidence

A request was also made for a document that landlords can use to confirm which items of documentary evidence are required in support of a benefit claim, and this will be added to this page shortly.
