The National Landlords Association held a meeting on Wednesday 22 February 2012 and the agenda included a presentation by Worthing Borough Council about current Housing Benefit issues.  The slides from the presentation are available below.

Authority to disclose information form

The form below was requested as a stand-alone document (it is already incorporated as part of the Council's benefit claim form) to enable landlords to obtain their tenant's written permission for the Benefit Section to disclose information about a benefit claim.
