Rooms for Hire

Worthing Borough Council has rooms which are available to hire for private clubs, private organisations and private associations at the Town Hall. Please ensure you are aware of the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Room Hire Fire Instructions. Rooms can only be booked up to 4 months in the future.

Rooms available for hire

Committee Rooms 1 and 3

Accommodation for 14 people seated at a circular table or 25 people seated in rows.

Committee Room 1 and 3 in the Town Hall

Committee Room 2

Accommodation for 25 people seated in a circular table or 50 people in rows of chairs.

Committee Room 2 in the Town Hall

Gordon Room

Gordon Room accommodates 60 people seated and can be configured as top table, theatre style or cabaret style.

Prices

The following prices apply to room bookings and are per session (A session is a morning or afternoon)

A concessionary rate applies to:-

1. Organisations who are registered charities.
2. Worthing based voluntary organisations.

Make a Room Booking

To book a room please use the on-line for available below. By booking a room the hirer must read and accept the Council’s Terms and Conditions of Hire and the Fire Instructions.

Please note if you wish to book catering then you must complete the Catering Request Form (available on the Room Booking Forms link below) and return it to the Town Hall at the address at the top of the form.
