All matters relating to the provision and maintenance of pavements within the Borough of Worthing and West Sussex are principally the responsibility of West Sussex Council rather than Worthing Borough Council.

Queries, Complaints and Fault Reporting

Any queries, enquires or complaints that you may have with regards to:

  • footway trips
  • general condition of pavements
  • kerbstones
  • overgrown vegetation

should in the first instance be referred to West Sussex County Council’s Southern Area Office.

You can also report an issue online via West Sussex County Council's online reporting form or use Worthing Borough Council’s Help Point located in the reception area of the main Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing.
