Apart from pavements on private/unadopted roads External Link - This link takes you to another website, virtually all pavements in Worthing are maintaned by West Sussex Highways (part of West Sussex County Council.)

If you need to report issues to do with pavements/footpaths they should be reported to West Sussex Highways. These issues can include Footway trips, Loose paving slabs, General condition of pavements, Kerbstones and Overgrown vegetation/weeds.

If you have an issue to report you can:

  • Report it on-line
  • Contact the Southern Area Office
  • Contact the Help Point in the reception area of the Town Hall
