Occupational Health Tender

  • TENDER "Occupational Health Services " TENDER

Worthing Borough Council & Adur District Council as part of the Joint Working programme are tendering a Joint Occupational Health Services contract.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified providers wishing to be considered for inclusion on a select list of tenderers for the provision of Occupational Health Services.

Main requirements will be to provide complete employee occulational health services to include:

  • Pre employment screening
  • Review of fitness for work, health surveillance
  • Health promotion & Education
  • Vaccinations
  • Advisory/Policy Development

Providers wishing to be included on the Councils select list MUST hold either a:

  • Diploma in Occupational Health Medicine (D Occ Med) 
  • or an equivalent qualification by a competent authority in an EEA State which has the meaning given by the General and Specialist Medical Practice (Education, Training and Qualification) Order 2003,
  • or be an Associate, a Member or a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine
  • or of an equivilent institution on an EEA State.

It is anticiapted the contract will scommence on 1st May 2010, renewable annually to a total of 3 years, estimated value of the joint contract is in the region of £30k to £40k per annum.

Applicants MUST include the following information :

  1. Company name, registration number, trading address and registered office.
  2. Complete an Audited accounts for the last 3 years.
  3. Relevant experience plus a list of contracts carried out over the past 3 years of a similar nature to whom reference can be made.
  4. Name & Address of company bankers.
  5. Any other information to this contract the applicant considers may assist their submission to the Councils.  

The Councils will select no more that 6 providers to tender for this contract.

Tourism Marketing for Worthing

TENDER "Tourism Marketing for Worthing" TENDER

Worthing Borough Council located on the coast of West Sussex invites proposals from organisations with a sound track record of Destination Marketing to formulate and deliver a tourism marketing strategy for Worthing over a 2-year period with a budget of £55,000 per annum

Organisations interested in tendering for this contract are invited to submit their proposals by 12 noon on Thursday 18th March 2010. Tender documents and full details of the specification as well as supporting documents are available for downloading below.

Tender for the Installation & Maintenance of a new

**Digital Cinema Facility at the Ritz Cinema in Worthing**

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified and experiences Digital Cinema providers or manufacturers to be included onto a select list of no more that 6 companies to tender for the installation and on going maintenance of a new Digital Cinema facility at our cinema The Ritz in Worthing West Sussex.

The main requirement will be to install and maintain a Digital Cinema facility that offers consistently high quality and provides a high definition cinematic experience that will include the latest 3D blockbuster films. The contract will be for the delivery, installation and maintenance of all digital cinema equipment including digital projector, screen, 3D glasses and necessary air conditioning.

The closing date for expressions of interest is 12 noon on Friday 12th March 2010
