To enable citizens to use the information and services available through this website, Worthing Borough Council endeavour to ensure that the website is available at all times.

This is not always possible as we sometimes have to carry out essential system maintenance. There is also the possibility of unexpected technical failure - either with our own systems or from our internet service provider - that may cause the website to be temporarily unavailable.

The Council use a third party monitoring company to check the availability of our website at 5 minute intervals, 24 hours a day. Should a failure be noted, we are automatically notified so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
