Worthing Borough Council, which is responsible for this site, strives to provide up-to-date and accurate information.
However the Council disclaims any responsibility for the currency and accuracy of information, which is supplied to this server by Information Providers. Any content or information from this website that may be used by any third party, individual or organisation for whatever purpose is done so at the user's own risk and no claims for liability or damages will be entertained.

It is the Council's policy to obtain permission wherever possible to link to other websites . We are not responsible for the content or reliability of the websites to which the Council's website might be linked.

The Coat of Arms, logos, artwork and designs on the Worthing Borough Council site are the copyright of the information providers and the use of them is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation. We are happy in most instances to allow use of artwork with prior consent.
