How To Find: Upcoming Dates for Meetings

  1. Select the Meetings Schedule 2011/2012 link
  2. Choose the year and month in the navigation. All meetings for all Council, Cabinet, Committees and Sub-Committees are listed for each month.

How To Find: Forthcoming Decisions To Be Taken

  1. Select the committee or sub-committee you require by clicking on the link on the left-hand side.

    If you are not sure, each committee and sub-committee page explains its purpose.
  2. Choose the upcoming date for the agendas you require.
  3. Download from the upcoming date page the agenda (and reports where also relevant) for the meeting.

How To Find: Decisions That Have Been Made

  1. Select the committee or sub-committee you require by clicking on the link on the left-hand side.

    If you are not sure, each committee and sub-committee page explains its purpose.
  2. Choose the date for the meeting held. Download from the date page the minutes for the meeting.
    Minutes are organised by date/year in an archive to the present date.
