The Licensing Committees are divided into A and B:

  • Committee 'A' : Taxis & Private Hire, Street Trading, Charity Permits, Sex Establishments and other Misc items.
  • Committee 'B' : Licensing Act 2003 (Alcohol & Entertainment) & Gambling Act 2005 ( Betting, Bingo, Arcades & Lotteries etc.)
