There are two planning committees which are:

  • Worthing Planning Committee : All Planning, Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area Consent and Advertisement Consent applications; Tree Preservation Orders and enforcement action relating to unauthorised building works or breach of conditions where applications have been approved.
  • Joint Planning Committee : Planning policy consideration for both Worthing Borough Council and Adur District Council.
