What Does This Committee Do?

This committee is responsible for the following:

All Planning, Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area Consent and Advertisement Consent applications; Tree Preservation Orders and enforcement action relating to unauthorised building works or breach of conditions where applications have been approved.

This committee has now been superseded by the Worthing Development Control Sub-Committee and Joint Planning Committee
