Page Rating

A Forward Plan includes both key decisions and other major decisions the Council, the Cabinet or a Cabinet Member are expected to take during the a four month period.

A key decision is a decision which is likely:-

  • to result in the Council incurring expenditure, or making savings, which are significant, having regard to the Council's budget for the service or functions concerned; or
  • to be significant in terms of its effects on communities living or working in two or more Wards of the Borough

The Forward Plan is updated and published every month. It is available for inspection during normal office hours at the Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing. The Plan can also be viewed at local libraries.

Anyone wishing to see the documents (subject to any restriction on their disclosure due to the confidentiality of the subject matter) can request copies or extracts by contacting the Democratic Services Section at the Town Hall.
