Executive Heads of Service are developing Business Cases, these will set out how the joint services will be delivered in the future and how they will be brought together across the Councils over the coming two years.

All business cases will have to go through the Joint Overview and Scrutiny Committee following by the Joint Strategic Committee (with the exception of Adur Homes which will be considered within the Adur political structure).
