How to find the right contact details

Example: if you have a missed bin, you go to the A to Z Index, choose M and Missed Bin. This takes you to the Recycling, Refuse and Waste pages which link you to Adur & Worthing Council Service's contact information.

To get the right contact details first time, you will see that the contact details for each service are under the same Service Name as listed in the Services section. We recommend that you look for the service through the A to Z Index first as this will guide you directly to the contact information you need as in the above example.

Worthing Direct

Our Customer Contact Centre which we run from the Town Hall in Worthing covers the majority of services the council offers, and each service has a direct number. More information about Worthing Direct is available from the customer services section.
