Our Customer Contact Centre which we run from the Town Hall in Worthing covers the majority of services the council offers, and each service has a direct number. More information about Worthing Direct is available from the customer services section.

What if I don't know who to contact?

The council is a big place with many services, how do you get in contact with the right person, the right service, first time?

Easy!

1. Find the service you want by:
   
   
   • Using the A to Z Index : This lists most of the information and services we provide using the words you use for them e.g. tips and dumps -- that's what most people call what the council calls a Household Waste Recycling Site!
   • Using the search box at the top right of every page
   • Navigating around the website
     
     
2. At the top of each page are the basic contact details, E-mail and Telephone.
   
   
3. For full details, the contact information is available on the left hand side (you may need to scroll the page down if the navigation list is long)

How To Find and Get To Us

• Location maps are available from the Where Is The Council? section.
